Most Commonly Treated Conditions

Acute/Chronic Pain- Treatment for pain is the most widely known use of acupuncture here in the United States. Many people get pain relief from acupuncture after exhausting all other avenues. Pain in the fascia can be caused by poor circulation, and is most often easily treated with acupuncture.

Sports Injury- Concussions, neck and back injuries, shoulder stinger, tennis elbow, hip pointer, groin injuries, hamstring and quad injuries, ankle sprain, plantar fasciitis

Post op Rehabilitation- Acupuncture used along the side of physical therapy during rehabilitation can significantly decrease the time it takes the affected area to heal. When acupuncture is done before physical therapy, range of motion is increased during the exercises. When done after physical therapy, acupuncture decreases the pain from the exercises that patients are usually told to deal with.
